Memory Makers specializes in planning and coordinating weddings and receptions for the discerning bride.  Whether you are planning an intimate event for 25 or a gala celebration for 500, we can help.   Because we have worked in the local market for over 25 years we know of many locations and merchants whose services can be utilized to create the wedding of your dreams while keeping your budget in mind.  We can find that special location, music, food, and other items that you want to make your wedding or reception special and unique.  Our services include:

We take the stress and the confusion out of planning your wedding by helping you make informed decisions.  We will help you decide on the order of activities for the ceremony and reception.  Then, using your plans, we will supervise activities at the rehearsal and on the wedding day.  We will work closely with your officiant and your merchants and oversee the ceremony and reception set-up, deliveries, and other necessary details, allowing you to relax and enjoy your wedding, your family, and your guests.   

Wedding Day Coordination

If you need help with only the rehearsal and wedding day coordination, we can handle that as well.  (Mothers particularly appreciate this service.) We provide merchant referrals for any services that you may still need. We also create a wedding day schedule of activities that we share with your merchants and we are there to oversee the rehearsal and the wedding day. 

Whether you need help with all of the planning or only part of it, we are there for you.  We accept as many e-mails and/or phone calls as you choose to make.  No question is too trivial.  If you need someone to bounce ideas off, we are there.   If you are feeling stressed and need a listening ear, we are there.  Glenna is also a nationally recognized expert in wedding and reception etiquette issues and she can guide you so that you don't make any unintentional social blunders.

Reception Planning

If you are planning a private wedding or a wedding in another location and you want to have a reception for family and friends afterwards, we can help.  We also plan receptions and ring ceremonies after Temple weddings for our LDS clients.
