TOP 8 WAYS TO LOOK YOUR BEST

THOSE PEARLY WHITES: Don’t forget what everyone will notice on your special day: your smile! Visit your dentist in advance for a professional cleaning to help remove stains and ask about custom whitening to achieve that “Bridal-White Smile.” For your honeymoon, make sure you and your fiancé have dental checkups beforehand to ensure a romantic trip free of a dental emergency.

REVIVE YOUR FACE: Renu MediSpa’s signature anti-aging facial is an uplifting and reviving facial. Starting with an exclusive ultrasonic pore cleansing, followed by deep diamond tipped wand microdermabrasion. This exfoliation will strengthen, tighten and
hydrate your face, and leave it nourished reflecting a healthy youthful
glow.

HAVE A PERIOD-FREE WEDDING & HONEYMOON: Extended cycle contraception
has been approved by the FDA and has been shown to be safe and effective in thousands of women. “Now you can control when you have your period!” says Dr. Tamara Simon of Rocky Mountain OB/GYN in Eagle.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR TEETH: Looking and feeling kissable on your wedding day is important. Clean, fresh breath and a dazzling smile will change the way your teeth look and the way you feel. Amidst your plans for flowers, music, photos, etc., remember to schedule time for the bride, groom and families to have a dental cleaning, exam and
a whitening consultation, recommends Dr. Cynthia McKim.

KISSABLE LIPS: Plump those lips! Looking and feeling kissable on your wedding day is important. You can restore volume and fullness to your lips with Botox and the new "physicians Complex Lip Enhancer." Botox can eliminate wrinkles, frown lines, crow's feet, laugh lines, and other dynamic wrinkles. Botox injections can smooth out these lines and give your face a more youthful appearance.

SMILE FOR THE CAMERAS: Tana Rudd Urizar of Ruud Urizar Photography
recommends: Make your wedding day makeup extra special. If you’re being photographed outdoors, keep your lip color soft and play up your eyes. Don’t shy away from a little extra eyeliner, mascara, and brow color. Your face will be more defined and draw the viewer into the photo. Now is a great opportunity to add drama with a few false
eyelashes at the outer lash line. Remember to carry your lipstick and powder with you
for touch-ups throughout the day and especially at the reception, when you’re still being photographed.

AMAZING UPDO’S: If you are going to wear a veil, bring it with you so it can be used in your trial run. On the night before your wedding, be sure to not wash your hair because unwashed hair works best to create an updo. Be sure to wear a button-down shirt so you can get out of your clothing and into your dress without disturbing your updo, advises Dale Tu RC, International Hair Competition Winner at Serenity Retreat Spa.

GET A FACIAL To give yourself an extra glow on that special day a facial is a must. If you have no particular skin care regimen find an esthetician who can suggest a cleanser, exfoliator, mask and moisturizer to match your skin type. Prepping your
skin is important to keep your skin tone and texture even. I suggest that you exfoliate
your skin twice a week to shed dead skin cells. Masking once a week will keep your face clear and free of blackheads. When Scheduling an appointment for a facial be sure to give yourself three days before your wedding day if you have been following your skin
care regimen. If you have no skin care regimen, allow at least five days before your big
day. A lot of the time if you don’t care for your skin properly, then receive a facial, the deep cleansing treatment will bring old impurities to the surface resulting in blemishes.
